VELA runs on Anthropic's AI models. Messages you write to VELA are sent to Anthropic to generate replies; Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. Unless stated otherwise, prices shown by VELA are market-based estimates; the final price is confirmed at booking. VELA only creates a booking request with your approval, and the booking is confirmed by our partner.
To close your account and delete your data, email [email protected]; we will delete everything except records we are legally required to keep.
The platform is intended for businesses and is not suitable for people under 18.
When we update this policy we will show the new date on this page and notify registered users of significant changes by email.
